Letter from Jean Mille to Christian Calmes (Brussels, 14 August 1959)
Text In a letter dated 14 August 1959, Jean Mille, Deputy Permanent Representative of France to the European Communities, informs Christian Calmes, Secretary-General of the Council, that his country is in favour of the establishment of a Portuguese diplomatic mission to the European Economic Community (EEC) and to the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom).
