Text On 8 November 1956, Christian Pineau, French Foreign Minister, forwards to the French diplomatic representatives in Bonn, Rome, Brussels, The Hague, Luxembourg, London and Washington a telegram in which he reports on the progress made during the Franco-German discussions on the proposals for Euratom and the Common Market.
