"Het congrescentrum loopt vertraging op" in Le Quotidien (2 oktober 2003)
Text In een artikel van 2 oktober 2003 bericht het Luxemburgse dagblad Le Quotidien, dat vanaf 6 oktober de vergaderingen van de Raad van de Europese Unie tijdelijk in het conferentiecentrum Kiem op de Luxemburgse Kirchberg zullen plaatsvinden, omdat het conferentiecentrum in het Tour-gebouw op de Kirchberg wordt verbouwd.
