Final report of working group VIII ‘Defence’ (16 December 2002)
Text On 16 December 2002, working group VIII on defence submits its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. In a bid to improve effectiveness and solidarity in defence matters, the group mainly focused on crisis management and the response to the terrorist threat.
