Final report of working group I ‘subsidiarity ’ (23 September 2002)
Text On 23 September 2002, working group I on the subsidiarity principle submits its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. The group’s conclusions include a series of proposals designed to improve and facilitate the application and monitoring of the subsidiarity principle.
