Exchange of Telegrams between Walter Hallstein and Konstantinos Karamanlis (October 1962)
Text On 1 November 1962, the Association Agreement between Greece and the European Community came into force. President of the Commission of the European Economic Community Walter Hallstein and Greek Prime Minister Konstantinos Karamanlis express their pleasure at future collaboration between the EEC and Greece.
