European Parliament resolution on the Financial Perspective (18 January 2006)
Text On 18 January 2006, the European Parliament rejects the agreement on the Financial Perspective reached by the Heads of State or Government at the Brussels European Council held on 15 and 16 December 2005. The MEPs call for negotiations to be held concerning both the provisions for the period 2007–2013 and the spending plan.
