ETUC contribution to the European Convention for a social and a People’s Europe (27 November 2002)
Text On 27 November 2002, Emilio Gabaglio, General Secretary of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and Observer at the Convention on the Future of Europe, sends a detailed contribution to Sir John Kerr, Secretary-General of the Convention, in which he calls for the strengthening of a social and a People’s Europe.
