Text Le 23 janvier 1948, à l'occasion des débats sur l'unité européenne, l'ancien Premier ministre britannique Winston Churchill prend la parole à la Chambre des Communes et décrit le rôle du United Europe Committee qu'il a créé en janvier 1947 avec son gendre Duncan Sandys.
