Déclaration de Vassili Sokolovski (20 mars 1948)
Text Le 20 mars 1948, le maréchal soviétique Vassili Sokolovski annonce à Londres la rupture de l'Union soviétique avec les Alliés occidentaux sur la question allemande et confirme son refus de siéger à l'avenir aux réunions du Conseil de contrôle interallié.
