Declaração conjunta de Portugal e da CEE (Dublin, 24 Outubro 1984)
Text A 24 de Outubro de 1984, Garrett FitzGerald, primeiro-ministro irlandês e presidente em exercício do Conselho das Comunidades Europeias, Mário Soares, primeiro-ministro português, e Lorenzo Natali, vice-presidente da Comissão Europeia em cargo do alargamento, assinam em Dublin uma declaração conjunta na qual manifestam a intenção de realizar a adesão de Portugal às Comunidades Europeias a 1 de Janeiro de 1986.
