Conclusions of the Amsterdam European Council: resolution on the Stability and Growth Pact (16 and 17 June 1997)
Text On 16 and 17 June 1997, the Amsterdam European Council adopts a resolution which sets out the firm commitments entered into by the Member States of the European Union, the Commission and the Council with regard to the implementation of the Stability and Growth Pact.
