Common Catalogue of Co-operation Modalities between the Council of Europe and the OSCE (12 April 2000)
Text On 12 April 2000, in Vienna, the Secretaries-General of the OSCE and the Council of Europe sign a ‘Common Catalogue of Co-operation Modalities’ with a view to securing the continuity and aiding the further development of the good practices adopted by the two organisations.
