In 1977, cartoonist Fritz Behrendt presents the actions of Yasser Arafat, leader of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO), as an attempt to sabotage the Israeli-Egyptian rapprochement which is to lead, the following year, to the conclusion of the Camp David Peace Accords.
