Text In a diplomatic cable dated 10 January 1970, the Italian Permanent Representation to the EEC in Brussels informs its Foreign Ministry that the EC Commission has drafted a memorandum on short-term economic policy in the Member States for the year 1970 and comments on the situation and prospects of the Italian economy.
