British note for the Economic and Social Report (Spring 1948)

In spring 1948, as the preparatory work for the Congress of Europe in The Hague is taking place, the British economist and industrialist, Paul Chambers, drafts a proposal in which he outlines the priorities and procedures of a future European economic union.
