Text On 9 May 1960, as part of the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration, Albert Wehrer, Luxembourg Member of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), gives an address in which he focuses in particular on the coal crisis affecting Europe.
