'A way out of the monetary jungle', from Vision (June 1971)
Text In June 1971, Raymond Barre, Vice-President of the European Commission with special responsibility for Economic and Financial Affairs, grants an interview to the Swiss monthly economic publication Vision in which he sets out his proposals to eliminate monetary problems in Europe.
