Text On 10 February 1957, the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir gives an account of the ongoing negotiations between the ‘Three Wise Men’ and the United States on the building of new nuclear power stations under Euratom and emphasises the special situation of Belgium and its Congolese uranium.
