‘The European Investment Bank has made adjustments so as to be able to cope with enlargement’ from L’Écho
Text Following the enlargement of the European Union to encompass 25 Member States on 1 May 2004, the Belgian daily newspaper L’Écho devotes an article to the changes that have taken place in the way in which the European Investment Bank is organised and operates, as well as in its composition, with particular regard to the increase in subscribed capital.
