Opinion by the European Parliament’s Finance and Budget Committee on the establishment of an economic and monetary union (27 November 1970)
Text On 27 November 1970, at the request of the Economic Committee, the European Parliament’s Finance and Budget Committee examines the issues surrounding economic and monetary union on the basis of the Werner Report, submitted to the Council and the Commission, and unanimously adopts this opinion.
