‘On the need to continue the debates on the Treaty establishing the European Constitution’ from Le Soir (27 April 2005)
Text On 27 April 2005, in an article for the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir, Pierre Galand, Belgian Socialist Senator, and José Verdin, Director of the André Renard Foundation in Liège, criticise the weaknesses of the Treaty establishing the European Constitution in the area of social policy.
