Memorandum from the French Delegation on nuclear power (Brussels, 18 July 1955)
Text On 18 July 1955, in connection with the work of the Spaak Committee and in order to coordinate the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes in Europe, the French Delegation proposes to its counterparts the establishment of a European Atomic Energy Community.
