Text In his memoirs, Johannes Linthorst Homan, former Head of the Netherlands Delegation during the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom, recalls the work done by the Spaak Committee which, in April 1965, published the report which served as the basis for the Venice Conference held on 29 and 30 May.
