Video In this interview excerpt, Adrien Meisch, Legation Attaché then Legation Secretary in the Political Affairs Directorate of the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry from 1957 to 1960, explains how the ministry was organised at that time and the dominant role played by the diplomats Pierre Pescatore and Georges Heisbourg. He also describes the nature of his activities in the ministry. Finally, he discusses the establishment of the Luxembourg diplomatic network at the end of the Second World War.
