Text On 1 June 1966, on the margins of the association negotiations held in Brussels between the European Economic Community (EEC) and Austria, the Secretary-General of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) analyses the specific problems posed by the possible association of Austria with the ECSC.
