Bild ‘Molterer’s pills: sedatives.’ In 1995, the Austrian cartoonist, Ironimus, illustrates the efforts made by Wilhelm Molterer, Austrian Minister for Agriculture, to appease the discontent of Austrian farmers infuriated by the constraints of the common agricultural policy (CAP).
