Analysis of the interim report by the Committee of the Central Bank Governors (1 August 1970)
Text On 13 September 1970, in response to the Pierre Werner's request for remarks on the interim report, Hubert Ansiaux, Chairman of the Committee of the Central Bank Governors of the Member States of the European Economic Community (EEC), sends him a report dated 1 August 1970 containing details on some technical and economic aspects of the establishment of an economic and monetary union.
