Text On 3 June 1986, in Paris, Leo Tindemans, Belgian Foreign Minister, gives an address to the Parliamentary Assembly of Western European Union (WEU) on the objectives of WEU’s revival. In particular, he advocates a reactivation which respects the interests of the Atlantic Alliance and the European Community.
