Treaty on stability, coordination and governance in the Economic and Monetary Union, which was signed on 2 March 2012 in Brussels by the Heads of State or Government of 25 of the European Union Member States (the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic did not sign) and entered into force on 1 January 2013.
