TexteTreaty on the Functioning of the European Union as amended by the Treaty of Lisbon, signed on 13 December 2007 in Lisbon and which entered into force on 1 December 2009. The Treaty of Lisbon amends and renames the Treaty establishing the European Community. This Treaty is now known as the ‘Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union’.

TexteCharter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union of 7 December 2000 as adapted and symbolically re-proclaimed on 12 December 2007 at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. The entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon on 1 December 2009 confers binding force on the Charter, which has been slightly amended since its first proclamation in December 2000.
