Spanish statement to the EEC on Latin America (23 March 1981)
Texte The Director-General of International Affairs sends to all the Spanish Ambassadors in Latin America the text of the statement made by the Spanish delegation to the European Economic Community, which rejects any implication that the relations established with Latin America might be affected after accession to the Community.
