Ratification of the Treaty establishing the ECSC in the Netherlands
Tableau On 13 October 1951, only the Communist members of parliament are hostile towards the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), submitted for parliamentary ratification by the Netherlands Government.
