Memorandum from the WEU Agency for the Control of Armaments: Origins, role and operation (March 1964)
Texte In March 1964, with the limitation and control of armaments becoming a matter of growing concern and analysis in public circles, the Agency for the Control of Armaments (ACA) of Western European Union (WEU) circulates a memorandum on its origins and missions and the resources at its disposal, as well as the various controls and inspections that it has to carry out. The note concludes by examining the ACA’s contribution to armaments control in WEU.
