Texte In a letter dated 17 July 1964, the General Secretariat of the Council notifies the members of the Council of the European Economic Community (EEC) and of the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom) of its agreement to the appointment of Albano Nogueira as the Head of Portugal’s Mission to the European Communities.
