Texte On 3 October 2003, on the eve of the opening of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) in Rome, Jean-Claude Juncker, Luxembourg Prime Minister, grants an interview to the weekly newspaper D’Lëtzebuerger Land in which he outlines the outcome of the Convention on the Future of Europe and the work still to be carried out.
