Texte On 5 June 1959, in an internal memorandum, Tony Rollman, Director of the Steel Division of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), having recently returned from a business trip to Austria, outlines the position of the Austrian steel industry with a view to the conclusion of an Association Agreement between Austria and the ECSC.
