Franco-German contribution to the European Convention (Paris and Berlin, 15 January 2003)
Texte On 15 January 2003, Dominique de Villepin, French Foreign Minister, and his German counterpart, Joschka Fischer, both members of the European Convention, forward to the Secretariat of the Convention a joint contribution by Jacques Chirac, President of the French Republic, and Gerhard Schröder, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), in which they call for a reform of the institutions of the European Union.
