Texte At the 27th sitting of the Standing Committee of the Treaty of Brussels held in London on 2 September 1948, the representatives of the governments of the five Powers adopt a position on the memorandum from the International Committee of the Movements for European Unity, dated 18 August 1948, with a view to the establishment of a European Assembly.
