Texte On 27 July 1979, Pierre Werner, Minister of State and President of the Luxembourg Government, gives an address to the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies on the government’s decision to make every effort to guarantee that the Luxembourg-based institutions and services of the European Communities remain in Luxembourg.
