Texte On 2 April 2003, the Praesidium presents a draft on membership of the Union, including the criteria of eligibility for accession and the procedure for voluntary withdrawal, to the members of the Convention. The text relates to Title X of the Constitutional Treaty and contains various comments and a summary table showing the proposed new provisions.
