Texte On 29 May 1979, in a confidential note sent to Sir Roy Denman, Director-General for External Affairs of the Commission of the European Communities, Louis Kawan, Chief Adviser to the CSCE, refers to an article in Pravda, the official newspaper of the Soviet Communist Party, on the development of relations between the European Community and the USSR.
