‘A risky decision’ from the Süddeutsche Zeitung (16 December 2004)
Texte On 16 December 2004, the day of the opening of the Brussels European Council, the German daily newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung criticises the decision taken by the European Commission to recommend that the Twenty-Five open negotiations for accession to the European Union with Turkey.
