Text Le 11 avril 1996, la délégation portugaise transmet au secrétariat général du Conseil de l’Union européenne un document daté du mois de mars dans lequel est exprimée la position officielle du Portugal dans le cadre de la Conférence intergouvernementale pour la révision du traité sur l’Union européenne.
