Text Le 11 mai 1950, différents ministères britanniques rédigent une note commune à l'attention du cabinet du Premier ministre dans laquelle ils analysent les possibles répercussions économiques résultant de la mise en oeuvre du plan Schuman et évoquent les origines de la proposition française.
