Text Le 16 janvier 1976 est publié le rapport Optica (Optimum Currency Areas) 1975, représentant une étude menée par des experts mandatés par la Commission des Communautés européennes suite à leur réflexion sur le concept d’une zone monétaire optimale en Europe.
