Joseph Retinger

Joseph Retinger, Polish co-founder of the European League for Economic Cooperation (ELEC) and Secretary-General, from December 1947, of the International Committee of the Movements for European Unity, played a key role in the preparations for the Congress of Europe held in The Hague in May 1948.
