Text Le 11 mai 1950, deux jours après la déclaration Schuman, le ministre britannique des Affaires étrangères Ernest Bevin, le ministre français des Affaires étrangères Robert Schuman et le secrétaire d'État américain Dean Acheson se rencontrent à Londres. A cette occasion, Ernest Bevin, mécontent d'avoir été mis devant le fait accompli, expose ses griefs à son homologue français.
