Texte Dans un télégramme du 23 août 1957, le bureau des Relations du Commonwealth s'interroge sur la responsabilité de la sécurité intérieure en Malaisie après l'indépendance du pays. La Fédération malaise sera en effet entièrement responsable de la sécurité intérieure, les forces du Commonwealth n'interviendront que dans des circonstances exceptionnelles ou pour protéger des ressortissants d'un pays du Commonwealth.
