Texte On 12 June 2012, Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, gives a speech at the meeting of Heads of EU representations held in Nicosia in which she projects the role that the Cypriot Presidency is to play, especially regarding the EU’s enlargement process and the country’s contribution to the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood.
